Job Description

OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR FRONTLINE SALES OFFICER FOR INSURANCE SECTOR

  • Generating Business
  • Monitoring the overall functioning of the processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
  • Managing customer relations & business promotional activities.
  • Sourcing Business through Open Market.
  • Identify and appoint DST channel in all location and regular visit to get business.
  • The goal is to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
  • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
  • Holds the regular meeting with sales staff.

 
Skill set required:

  • Candidate up to age 35yrs can apply for this position 
  • Good communication & selling skills 
  • Ability to manage team & needs to get the business-driven though this team
  • Sound knowledge of HL/ LAP/ Mortgages 
  • Education - Any Graduate - Any Specialization

 INR 2, 00,000 - 4, 00,000 P.A. Fixed CTC + Attractive Incentive + Perks
